A Lincoln man was found walking on a neighbor’s roof with a loaded gun while under the influence of methamphetamine. He was charged with being under the influence of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and violation of probation. He was also charged with elder abuse, as he shares his residence with  a 91-year-old relative.

Los Angeles County celebrated the grand opening Thursday of the home for the Violence Intervention Program, which treats victims of violence and abuse on the campus of the L.A. County/USC Medical Center. The program provides medical, forensic, mental health and social services to victims of child abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault and elder abuse.
