A New York man has landed in federal prison for his fraudulent abuse of the court-appointed guardianship of his grandfather in Greenfield. The man was sentenced to two years in prison to be followed by three years of supervised release. He was also ordered to pay $109,459 to MassHealth and $85,751 to the Internal Revenue Service as well as forfeit $179,500 in cash.
