A Napa couple that pleaded guilty in March to involuntary manslaughter and elder abuse were sentenced Wednesday in Napa Superior Court to three years in state prison. Authorities had accused them of failing to seek medical help for 13 days for Marilyn Heinricher after the elderly woman injured herself after falling in the family’s yard in December, 2009, according to court records.
