A 48-year-old woman has been charged with domestic assault and elderly abuse of a 67-year-old man who died of cardiac arrest Tuesday night. The alleged victim was malnourished and had unhealed broken bones in his hands and feet, and numerous cuts and abrasions on his body. The suspect was the man’s sole caregiver.
